SSL has provided Design Review, Consulting/Site Observations and Water Testing. Project is still under construction.	Midtown Construction Preston Hollow Village, Dallas, TX PHV is located in Dallas, TX off of Walnut Hill & 75. This project is a 3-Building mixed-use development with 100,000sf of retail, including Trader Joes and 60,000sf of office space. SSL is currently providing Design assistance and Site Observations on this project.	DPR Construction Cedar Park MOB II, Cedar Park, TX. This project is a 4-story healthcare facility located directly adjacent from the existing hospital. SSL provided Design Review, Consulting/Site Observations and Water Testing. SSL and DPR have a long-withstanding relationship and currently have several on-going projects.
PRA Construction Gateway Phase II, Plano, TX Gateway is a multi-building project with over 300 units. SSL is currently providing Design assistance and Consulting/Site Observations.	PRA Construction Twin Creeks Crossing, Allen, TX Twin Creeks is a multi-building project with over 300 units. SSL is currently providing Design assistance and Consulting/Site Observations.	TX Morrow Construction Villas at Cinco Ranch, Katy, TX Owner-Developer-Builder. This project consisted of 19 2 Story walk-up style buildings. Consulting and Inspection services were provided. In the past, SS has completed several projects for TX Morrow ranging all over the state of Texas.
TX Morrow Construction Villas at Craig Ranch, McKinney, TX Owner-Developer-Builder. This project consisted of 10 walk-up style buildings. Consulting and inspection services were provided. Plan Review, Consulting/Inspection and Water Testing services were provided.	PSW Homes 12th St. Court, Austin, TX This project was a 3 story podium-style high-end residential condo located in the heart of Austin, TX. Plan Review and Consulting/Inspection services were provided.	Duke Realty Hilcrest Cancer Center, Waco, TX Plan Review, Consulting/Inspection, Water Testing and Infrared Thermography services were provided.
ICI Construction Forney Senior Living, Forney, TX Structure Shield provided Plan Review and Consulting/Inspection services on this project.	Green Earth Realty Pizza Patron, Arlington, TX This project was a forensic water leak investigation that included selective demolition, water testing and roof inspection.
